A wave of aching pain surged through me, my bones felt like they were scattered. It was as if I had spent the night racing a horse against a train.

Tao Bao opened his eyes wearily, and a handsome face with profound features came into view. His lines were as sharp as blades, even in sleep, he was still a captivating sight. The sunlight cast a deep shadow under Ling's forehead, but it couldn't hide the coldness in his eyebrows.

Tao Bao admired it for a moment, then three seconds later, memories from last night flooded his mind like a madman, scaring him so much that he gasped and immediately covered his mouth before the sound could come out.

He he he……

It came to me, last night I went to a bar for drinks. My boyfriend's betrayal made me so angry that I looked for models at the bar and ended up sleeping with one.

Tao Bao quickly calmed down, her gaze fell on the man's face. This level should be very high-class, right!

Tao Bao tiptoed out of bed, the scattered clothes on the floor a reminder of last night's wildness.

He took out a dollar from his wallet, thought for a moment, and then another. Then he put on his clothes and ran away...

Three years later—

The apartment, unit A on the fifth floor, was relatively clean. Toys were scattered throughout the place, and foam mats were pieced together to form colorful pictures on the floor.

Tao Bao stood on the foam board, one foot standing upright on tiptoes, and the other foot lifted to her head, maintaining a handstand posture, steady as can be.

Just as Tao Bao closed her eyes, in that moment of quiet peace while doing yoga, the door burst open with a bang from outside. Six little balls tumbled in one after another—

"Mommy!"

"Mommy!"

"Mommy!"

"Mama!"

"Mommy!"

"Mama..."

Waving his little short sword, he charged toward Taobao.

Tao Bao panicked, "Wait! Wait! Wait!" Then with a loud thump, Tao Bao and the children tumbled into a heap. The cute and clumsy Mangzi was even flung out, rolling several times before coming to a stop in the corner, looking utterly dumbfounded.

Xiaojuan and Jixiao climbed onto Taobao's upper half, the identical twins Dongdong and Jingjing also lay on it. The youngest sister sat on Taobao's waist. Surrounded by six, no, five children, Taobao looked like he was covered in kids.

The nanny, Auntie Qiu, who followed closely behind, couldn't help but laugh at the sight.

The boy in the corner struggled to his feet and walked up to Tao Bao, seeming to be deep in thought. Should he go up again?

Tao Bao finally got up from the pile of babies, and the other babies tumbled down. Xiao Junn crawled onto Tao Bao's back, as if ready to ride him. Xiao Duan was making a valiant effort.

"Xia Jun, don't be naughty, be careful you fall," Tao Bao reminded him.

"I'm not afraid, I'm the best at this!" Xiao Jun raised his hands high, then thumped to the ground from Tao Bao.

"He's a warrior," Tao Bao corrected.

"Mommy, mommy, I got a little red flower today!" The beaming child held a small red flower in his/her hand, eyes sparkling with excitement, waiting for praise.

"That's great!" Tao Bao praised.

"I got a little red flower too!" Dongdong also took out a small red flower.

"Me too." she said quietly.

Tao Bao looked at his younger sister. His younger sister said, "Mommy, I gave mine away."

Tao Bao smiled, and gave it to another little boy, didn't he?

Xiaojian finally climbed onto Taobao's back again, waving one hand, "Mama, I have red hair too! But Su Manzi doesn't!"

The young tough stood there, with his round belly, looking deeply dejected.
